SKI FRANCE CATERING

After successfully providing a consistently high standard of catering for the past 15 years, we at Ski France Catering are as passionate as ever about our good food and quality of service. Over the years when developing our menus we have searched for inspiration and influence from all around the world, however we never lost the essence of our passion; fresh produce, simply prepared, cooked & well presented, accompanied by excellent service. For this forthcoming season, we have again adapted our product to suit the ever changing requirements of your guests. The Ski France Classic Menu offers wholesome, home cooked food at value for money prices and our “UPGRADES ” allow guests to customize their menu according to their individual desires (e.g. upgrading wine and breakfasts and service).

SKI FRANCE CATERING – Our Classic Menu & Service(C)

7 x Continental Breakfast (of which 1 x self service) Fresh baguettes/flutes – delivered daily Choice of cereals and preserves Fruit juice Hot beverages (tea, coffee, hot chocolate)

6 x Afternoon Tea Homemade Afternoon Cakes or Biscuits Fresh baguettes/flutes daily Selection of preserves/jams Hot beverages and syrups (with water)

1 x pre-dinner nibbles served with aperitif (usually on Sunday)

6 x three course evening meal (including one Traditional Savoyard Theme night) Unlimited table wine during dinner (red and white) until coffee is served Fresh filter coffee or tea

6 x day housekeeping service (this does not include end of stay clean)

(Please note that our personnel have one day off – usually Tue or Wed)

English Breakfast Upgrade (SFC )

In addition to our classic (C) Catering Service you can upgrade and enjoy hearty hot English style breakfast (SFC) which includes bacon; sausage, toast, grilled tomato, mushrooms, and eggs to order (fried or scrambled).

Continental Breakfast Upgrade (CC)

In addition to our classic (C) Catering Service you can upgrade and enjoy our Continental Breakfast upgrade (CC) option includes, toast, mini pastries, sliced cheese, ham/cold cuts, nutella/similar, pate/saucissons, eggs to order (boiled, fried, scrambled), peanut butter, regular and fruit yoghurts.

Prestige Menu & Service (PC) (Whole party has to upgrade)

- Full Continental (CC) and English (SFC) Breakfast – Daily

- End of stay clean

- Newspapers

- Daily Fruit bowl.

- Mineral water in rooms on arrival

- One Traditional Savoyard evening of choice (Raclette or Fondue)

- Upgrade wines and traditional local wines with Savoyard evening

- Daily Canapés and pre dinner drinks

- Mustard, Ketchup, Mayonnaise

- The best of carefully selected upgrade wines to accompany your meals

- Daily cheese course

- Coffee, Tea, Herbal infusions Mints, chocolates and digestives

- His and Hers Bathroom Cosmetics on arrival

Upgrade Wine (WMA)

Specially selected wines upgraded wines (All AOC classified). Offers our guests the opportunity to experience some of the well kept secrets of our Savoie region, as well as traditional wine regions of Bordeaux and Côtes du Rhone. The upgrade consists of 3 red, 2 white and one Rosé. Sparkling Wine and Champagne – Also available in resort on request

All Inclusive Drinks & Snacks option (AI)

This provides your clients with unlimited beer and various soft drinks throughout the day along with nuts, crisps etc. We normally pre arrange this service with yourselves or directly with the clients in resort so this option is tailor made for each group.

Daily Packed Lunch (PL)

To avoid the packed mountain restaurants, allow your guests to eat when and where they want. The Packed lunch includes half a baguette (cheese or ham), a fruit, a bottle of water/juice and a cereal or chocolate bar.

Special Diet (SDC) – Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Allergies

We are able to provide a variation on our Classic menu to suit the dietary needs above if reserved in at time of booking. For any other specific dietary needs please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kids Classic (TC)

A variation on our Classic Menu, designed with our younger guests in mind, between the ages of 3yrs old to 9yrs old, dinner can be served at 6.30pm or with the grown-ups at around 8pm. We advise that parent’s liaise with their chalet staff so they are aware of any allergies or strong dislikes.
